Walked into room and big piece of ceiling was coming down. Stains on sheets, TV turner, walls had big dust bunnies, and bathroom were filthy.

The breakfast each morning was on point. Had an issue with the hair dryer not working and it was fixed in 5 minutes. Staff was really kind and friendly. Will stay here again in February 2026.

The Ramada was run down. It smelled of smoke even though we were in a non-smoking room the hallways were dark and musty smelling. Our bathroom was dirty.
