The room wasn’t clean had to vacuum room and clean toilet myself with the staff giving me cleaning supplies and vacuum to do it, took nothing off my stay. Plus my room smelled like meadow.

Heavy smell of people smoking weed on 2nd floor. Switched rooms/floor and had roaches running around in the bathroom. Seemed like people staying there were living there.

The tub was disgusting black feet prints everywhere. There was cigarette holes in the blankets. There was an issue with some previous customer jailbreaking the rooms tv so it didn’t work properly. The jacuzzi was disgusting and moldly. The air conditioner was tore up during the dead of summer. There were drunk guests trying to help me a young woman into my room by myself. The whole room smelled like smoke. It was way too costly for what I experienced. Absolutely disappointed. Won’t be returning here.

3rd time I've stayed here in 4 yrs. Very disappointed! Tub fills up while showering. By the time you are done you are ankle deep in water. Tv remote didn't work, no charging ports anywhere in room.
