It’s beginning to look run down, a lot of trash outside and inside the room there was some kind of debris along the walls in the bathroom. As soon as the clerks realized I was there for a dog show they acted funny, pointed at the computer screen, exchanged looks,and suddenly I ended up upstairs when I had reserved a room with a roll-in shower trying to get downstairs. I have MS and even though I’m not in a wheelchair staircases are hard. The last time I stayed there I swore would be the last time, now it is.

I needed to freeze ice packs for my back. I went up to the desk and was told the fridge in my room had a freezer in. No freezer in mine. Noise from someone's parking lot party. Not well lit up so I couldn't walk my dog at night.
