Great location and rich breakfast. Spacious room, too, but the facility needs a big make over. Walking distance to the Gulch neighborhood where there is plenty of amenities.

The facility is rather old and it needs a make over. I also thought the rate was high for a 1-night stay on a Sunday. Didn't like the extra parking charge either.

The breakfast was very good. The location was walkable to downtown Nashville if you are in shape. We averaged 20,000 steps a day. It was pet friendly which was great for us as we are traveling with our dog.

The room was not the cleanest. The walls and floors needed a good scrubbing and the furniture and mirrors needed a good dusting.

The night front desk was rude and did not speak English correctly.
I booked the room weeks before using my credit card and they assisted I give them the card when there. I’m traveling. I didn’t bring that credit card. So I had use my debit card to pay for the room. Sounds easy enough. But if I were to not stay there.. they still would have charged my credit card. So it makes no sense to change the card when there.
I work for a company that usually pays for my room. Are you saying I need that company’s card on me? No. There’s lack customer service skills and lack of common sense will be why I never stay here again. Or recommend to my friends.
This on top of the fact that there was construction workers working in the room below me and they were making tons of sound. And we had no hot water.
