Had an early appointment at Saint Thomas West.This location was perfect for me to commute there in about 10 minutes. Was great I had a busy day.Loved everything about it.

The room was beautiful, immaculate and with a very modern decor!

The hotel had serviced the water in the hotel and when we turned on the faucet, the water was brown. I understand why it happened but it was not a good first impression. The hotel was close to the Dove Awards at Lipscomb University and that is was why I chose it. Adding $30 a day to self parking was a bit much for our group.

We were told we were given an extend check out if an hour (noon), but as my husband was bombarded by housekeeping twice (once while in the shower and she used her key trying to get in AFTER he just told her we had the extended checkout). the front desk then called him and told him to get out

The shower door was broke, a handle in the shower broke, and the shower door did not have a seal resulting in water leaking all over to the floor. This was to the point of the towel being soaked.

Luke warm water in the shower. Broken seat on the toilet. Only one k cup for the coffee in the room. Pay for parking, $30. Hard time figuring out temp controls, and tv. tv had a poor picture. Breakfast not included, had to pay extra.
