There wasn't anything I liked. I called the morning of our arrival to check on my booking the lady I spoke to tells me you have rooms 103,111,115. I arrived at 2 am to find out they rented one of our rooms and wanted me to move upstairs I had 3 disabled people in my party is why I called to get bottom floor rooms finally get to a room it's filthy outside our room was drug paraphernalia broken glass and than my daughter is walking to her room and someone throws a dirty diaper on her head. It was just the worst. I explained all this to the staff and they say oh well. Worst place I have ever been to

Negatives:
Very nasty. Blankets had cigarette holes, bed was just a hard mattress on a metal platform, thin pillows and blanket, mud or some other substance was splattered on lamp and curtains, cobwebs, dead bugs on the ac unit, surfaces didn’t look like they’d been cleaned recently, and the couch was absolutely disgusting with holes and stains. Way over priced for all of that.

The bedding was nice. Room was clean.
Negatives:
Housekeeper walked in on me when I was trying to use the bath room. I asked for a king bed ,and got 2 queen, not what I asked for, I made reservations in plenty of time to get a king bed. There was no coffee, well the machine was there but only had water. Pool needed to be cleaned

It was, for the most part, quiet. Our room was in the back so noises from the neighboring car wash were a little loud at times but not too bad. Breakfast was scrambled eggs (which were perfectly cooked), biscuits and gravy, various muffins, and a variety of dry cereals to choose from. The coffee machine was broken so no morning coffee. Overall, the visit was good. We would stay there again.

There really wasn't much to dislike. No morning coffee was a disappointment. The floors in the room haven't been mopped in a very long time so don't walk around barefoot.

They contacted me twice after I already sent a message through Booking.com. They wanted to try to charge my card both times. When I arrived before 10 o’clock, they gave me a room key and me and my knees went to the room to find it was occupied someone was in the shower. Went back and told the front desk the man proceeded to just give me another room, which I was unable to open the door so he had to come open it and when he did, it only had one bed. I booked for two as there was going to be two adults, two children. he just said well we have no more rooms. Very unprofessional.
