Positives: Hotel employee at the front desk helped me with my problem.
Negatives: The first room I checked in the toilet was full of last guest. Would not flush or was cleaned. It was a surprise. Nasty that house keeping didn't check it.

Positives: Elevator not working rooms were old and out dated store in lobby was a complete joke prices were way expensive and choices not great location is good, easily the most out dated Hilton property I've ever stayed at.
Negatives: Old out dated staff acted as though they couldn't be bothered. Not great at all. You have a ton better choices in the area.

Negatives: Yes, we did not have a blow dryer in the room. We were told that the "housekeeping cabinet" where they were stored was locked and that no one would be in until 9:00. And no one had a key to get it until then, not even supervisor. ??

Negatives: I was not told during checking in that the room will be not made because of COVID-19: no fresh towels, no coffee, beds not made, etc. I had to go and ask for everything.

Negatives: Person checking me in did not mention the $14 charge to park on site. Free breakfast was disappointing. The quality of food has declined since I was last there.

Negatives: Hotel is dated. Bathroom wasn't clean, at least not up to the star rating or what I have come to expect from Embassy Suites. The same for the room - carpet needs cleaned or replaced.

Negatives: Yes. They charged for parking. I have had multiple stays at Embassy Suites around the country, and have NEVER had to pay for parking!!!

Negatives: My room was not cleaned, spaghetti strain on the floor, the shampoo and conditioner were not restocked, long hairs in the tub, makeup on the wash clothes.. I did speak to the hotel clerk he was very nice and said he would make a note to the house keeper..
