Positives: The reason for writing is to let you know the follfowing: The room was not clean. There was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke when we arrived. We were not informed that we needed to ask for supplies for the kitchen. In reporting this to reception we were told that this was not the case as the room would not have been rented out. Which questioned my honesty in reporting the smell . We were told that the person who manages the properties would get back to us. We had no contact with this person during our stay. Nothing was done about the problem. I would also add that the towels in our bathroom had appalling dirty brown stains on them, something which was not acceptable. On our return on the second evening there was a crowd of young people smoking and drinking and playing loud music. Our taxi driver who was extremely worried for our safety and insisted on seeing us safely to our room, and asked us to ring the police if anything worried us. Do you not inspect the properties? Do they not provide security cameras on your grounds? The only thing I can say in favour of our experience was the beds were reasonably comfortable, but the rest of it was very unsatisfactory.

Negatives: Almost everything. Front desk person was not a pleasant person, was on the phone and half the time I didn’t know if he was talking to me or not. Didn’t tell me where my room was, I didn’t even ask him questions because he was so dismissive. The carpets were disgusting!!!!!!!!! I didn’t even want my kids to not wear shoes inside the room. The bathrooms, were wiped down but not clean. We were going to stay there on our way back home and we cancelled that right away after our experience
