Air didn’t work. We arrived late and the person at the desk just gave me my key didn’t explain anything not even where the elevators were nothing. Apparently they don’t enjoy their job that’s what I got out of it. The bell hop was aggressive it was his birthday weekend and had ALOT of energy. The bathtub wasn’t cleaned very good. Found hairs.

We booked through booking.com. The listing was posted as free parking and free wifi to booking, however when we arrived we were informed that there was a $59 plus tax per night valet parking only available. I am disabled so trying to find off site parking was not possible so we had no choice but to pay this. We also learned upon getting to our room and trying to log into wifi for work that you needed to pay in order to access the wifi. We have stayed at many other Hilton Garden Inns through booking.com and have never had either of these issues.
Also, there were multiple long black hairs remaining in the shower upon our arrival and upon taking a shower we realised that the water leaks out into the floor through gaps between the glass and the wall that soaked the bathroom floor all the way over to the door frame and under the sink as the towel provided for the floor was not enough to soak up how much water was coming out.
