Location was perfect. Room was nice and mattresses were comfortable.

The upgrade to Executive level amenities was a joke. No continental breakfast. Just juice, coffee, soda, and water and some bananas, apples, and oranges in a basket. I think there were granola bars on one morning. Later in the day it was a clear plastic cup with some carrot and celery sticks and some ranch dressing. There were no bagels, muffins, or anything. No snacks, chips, or cookies, treats, etc. I was there on both weekdays and weekends and there was no difference- just the canned soda in the fridge and plastic water bottles in the cooler, and a coffee machine, fruit and juice in the morning. The OTHER ISSUE was the cost of the buffet breakfast. Exec level should have at least gotten upgraded to have the breakfast included. I asked the attendant at the restaurant the cost of the buffet and he said $22. I looked at a menu and it said $22. The bill came and I was charged $23 for each meal. Not a huge difference, but why wouldn't even the attendant seating people know the correct cost?

Most of the hotel staffs, including those in charge of valet parking, were pretty helpful for tourist like myself. One of the front staff went above his work to arrange a ticket to the Grand Ole Opry.

I was disappointed of the food service. After two restaurants were closed or in the morning, there was only one place where you could order foods. Wish there was a cafe type where you could have light meals.
