Very clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of cold and hot options and the quality of the food was high. Handy shuttle from airport to hotel takes about 5 minutes.
Negatives:
Staff aren't very friendly. They look like they don't want to be there. Girl who checked me out just looked stressed and bored. Get another job if you don't want to deal with guests.

Positives:
Assortment of items was not up to par with other HI express I have stayed at. No granola, other cereal options were all sweet, no bagels, eggs were cold. Only non caffeine beverage was juice.
Negatives:
Front desk service was lacking. I had to go looking for some one to help me. When I found her in the back on a personal phone call (she told me it was her mother) she was upset and told me I had no reason to go looking for her. I waited about10 minutes before looking for someone. I was very tired and frustrated after more than 2 hrs driving around looking for the hotel I had called the front desk for directions only to be told to use a smartphone. Not good customer service. My room smelled musty, the bed was vibrating from the air conditioner mounted on the floor. Did not have a restful sleep. Asked if there were any bottles of water told no but I could buy one for $4. Chose not to. Purchased a small bag of cookies as only selections were chips or candy.
