The front desk staff were really difficult. They made me give them a credit card even though we paid through Booking.com, and then wouldn't give me a receipt for my stay, and were belligerent about the whole process.

Great location, fantastic furnishings, meh...

Bed was incredibly comfortable and room was a relaxing place to stay and decompress after a long day. Temperature control was easy and shower was wonderful. It was a quiet space.breakfast was delicious.

Carpeted floors give me an icky feeling. Microfridge didn’t fit. Couldn’t find the ice machine.

I live 5 hours away and have to go to Vanderbilt once a month. I've stayed at several air bnb's, vrbos and hotels in the area. The first time I stayed here was in May of 2023 and now I won't stay anywhere else. I'm in a wheelchair and they're very accommodating, without my asking them to be. The staff is always great, the rooms are always clean and the breakfast is, by far, the best hotel breakfast I've ever had - fresh, delicious food and a good variety with friendly staff.
