Friendly helpful staff.
Complimentary breakfast was very good with lots of options.
Negatives:
Valet parking was very disappointing for $50 per day. On arrival, we had to retrieve the luggage carrier and unpacked our own bags, despite the fact that the valet was standing @ his counter curb side, busy with his phone.
Then when we checked out, I sent a text message as requested before going downstairs. Waited for 20 minutes, asked the front desk for help twice and then the valet brought up the wrong car. Very poor service.

Great location for walking to sites. Excellent breakfast and the staff working the breakfast area were fantastic. The room was very nice, very clean. The checkin area gentleman worked the bar area gave us a complimentary coffee for free. Very nice guy.
Negatives:
Staff or hotel policy made us sit with our bags till exactly the checkin time 4:00 or pay $35.00 to checkin early. Ridiculous!!

Location is ideal, parking and amenities were well laid out. The breakfast was above average and the room was nice.
Coffee quality was great and staff very helpful.
Negatives:
Parking expense was a little high and unexpected but I can see why it is a premium given the location.
Baggage carts or bellhops could be more available.
