Positives: Modern hotel in great location near to Vanderbilt campus and music row. Clean room, comfortable beds and nicely decorated.
Negatives: Breakfast not include and hotel restaurant was slow on service and a bit understaffed. The hotel had a lot of people staying there and felt that staff were rushed and not time to be personable. Heavy entry door with no one helping with bags.

Positives: Food and drinks at the restaurant were very good but very expensive.
Negatives: We were supposed to have daily breakfast included for the four of us. Instead we were told no that wasn’t what we’re would get. Instead, we were given a daily credit for food and drinks of $50. That only bought the four of us one breakfast and few drinks. I think one breakfast alone ate up about $80-$90 of the $150

Positives: The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, but very expensive. The lobby was nice.
Negatives: Breakfast was "included" by way of a $50 credit, but that seems very high for what we ate. I expected Henley to be elegant and it was ordinary. The pool area was not inspiring. Our room looked "tired" and it was extremely noisy outside Saturday night. The carpet next to the bed was soaking wet when we checked in. I stepped on it with bare feet and it was most unpleasant!

Positives: Breakfast was excellent. Service in the dining room excellent too. The complimentary Prosecco to celebrate or wedding anniversary was very welcoming. The desk staff very friendly, helpful and understanding.
Negatives: We could have done with tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
