The floors in the hall had no carpet, there was a raid on someone and the front desk clerk seemed more wrapped up in that and getting her grandson "settled in" than actually checking us in. There was no prices on anything in the area you can buy snacks, drinks etc.

It"s a tired, old building up against a noisy highway. I didn't see signs of renovation but for some reason the carpet in my hallway had been removed. I don't know if there were plans to replace it. Did not see any activity.

The room was large, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I loved the breakfast because there were so many options with eggs and sausage in addition to waffles.

Our belongings and kids to the new too just to see that it was a king size bed only instead of a double bed.! I called the office to complain because we all don’t fit in one bed and the manager was just rude. She said she could comp us for the day is we leave to another hotel instead of trying to be understanding and fix the mistake at the moment. Instead my husband had to take a shower with pure cold water and leave to try and enjoy some of the town since we were in town for only two days and it was raining to top it off. Then we had to come back to the room at night to request a double bed room and had to go back upstairs to drag all of our belongings back to the old room just to wake up the next morning to no water at all!!! It was ridiculous! I never give a bad review but these things need to be addressed. We went there with our hard worked money and lost a lot of time!!! Then there was no protein at all during breakfast time either.
