Positives: The bed was comfortable, and the room and linens very clean. The staff were helpful as possible, in spite of them tooweary to give their all.
Negatives: I feel the front desk worker was doing her best, but very weary. I wonder if they were very understaffed. I think the staff was double or more shifting. I believe if you want more for customer service, the staff needs to have meaningful support. The structure inside and out was in need of repair. The first room I was assigned had a broken fire alarm and very noisy. I needed to check it as there was no one to manage the desk as there was only one employee staffed that night Thankfully the front desk attendant assigned me another room. In spite of the nice rooms, the structural issues of the building and lack of staff support, I would not stay at this motel in the near future. It could be possible that employment is in a transitional period. Yet I believe it is the owner's duty to be on staff to make sure the workload of managing a quality motel can be reasonably done. It is not a good look for a motel to have an overworked employee on her own without the owner doing his/her part. Afterall, the owner reaps the profits, and the employee does not.

Positives: nothing
Negatives: paid for a room that had a bedroom and pull out couch and it only had a king bed. They said they didn’t have what I wanted, and I didn’t get a discount. pool area was closed but front desk lady said we could sit outside around the pool then a guy came and yelled at us! bathroom wall was water damaged. No breakfast! And cockroaches all over by pool

Positives: Bed was comfortable.. That's it.
Negatives: Receptionist was on her phone and didn't even acknowledge us. Once in the room bathroom was dirty. People hung out for hours right outside our door at the pool but not swimming and there was a loud squealing noise all night so we got no sleep.

Negatives: Staff was rude and incompetent. Was not given reciept upon check out like I was told upon check in. When I went back 15 minutes after check out and asked for it he was incompetent enough he did not know how to pull it up and print it.

Positives: Easy access to downtown
Negatives: On arrival it looks very run down. The girl at the desk that checked us in was nice. The room was just okay. I paid close to $200 for one night here. This is not a $200 a night hotel! $75 or $80 at most. Lots of sketchy people around. Someone tried getting into our room at around 4am. And I think the website said breakfast included but they did not offer any sort of breakfast.

Positives: Waffle House next door. Close to interstate and Nashville downtown (10-15min).
Negatives: Door lock was broken and we felt unsafe. Pretty dirty room, light didn’t work, not enough toilet paper. Scary people strolling around the parking lot. Very loud due to railroad nearby.

Positives: This location was terrible. First we waited 20 min for anyone to even be at the desk to check in, then when we got to our room it smelled so awful. The sheets were not clean and were literally reused after someone else. Hair was in the bed, stains all over the top blanket abs the sheets. It was the most unclean and uncomfortable place I’ve ever stayed. We stayed long enough to sleep a couple hours and left.
Negatives: The place could have been cleaned at least. New sheets, new towels.
