It took One Hour to check in!! This is unacceptable. There was only one woman working and a long line of guests at 5pm to 6pm. At no point did this worker look at the long line and think to call backup.

Good location and clean rooms. Nice big well lit parking space. Breakfast was also good. Front desk executives were welcoming which is nice gesture.

Second visit. First was really good so came back again.

This time mostly good, just the breakfast. The dining room was cold, and the food was cold. Cold eggs and sausages only thing worse was the hot waffle that cooled off from the cold room and cold syrup. Please tell that to the woman who was working.

I got snowed in and stuck in Chicago and the lovely folks wouldn't refund my stay or even give me a future credit to use when I come back.
