Positives: Easy access to airport

Negatives: Charged me a pet fee for my service animal. I even told them prior to arrival and at check in that he was a service animal. And through chat communication they still did not refund the pet deposit. Really need to brush up on ADA regulations and read notes that people place when making reservations.

Positives: I love the staff but with all the construction, the pool being out, and having to smell nothing but a pot smell and urine smell on the 4th floor was a lil disappointing, especially since sometimes the smell got me sick (22 weeks pregnant) but other than that it was great

Positives: The place was clean,,it's located 5 minute walk from Bus stop the #18 will take you downtown,also its 7 minutes drive to the Airport, the Hotel has transportation included and uber was between 10-13 USD to downtown The staff was amazing I want to specifically thank Ana and Irma from Housekeeping. Moreno Front Desk and the Shuttle bus driver they went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant THANK YOU! Wifi in the room and public areas is good

Negatives: The Shuttle from the Airport took a bit long we had to call the hotel twice
