Negatives: Broken shower handle. Very thin walls, so I could clearly hear everything in the rooms beside me. The people in the adjoining room next to me chainsmoked cigarettes all morning. Overall, the hotel was old and rundown. It was dingy and not in good shap

Positives: Clean and quiet, everything worked in the room. Check in and Check out was smoothe. Rate was good compared with other rates in the area. Free parking.
Negatives: Vending machine on the floor was out of order. Lack of easily accessible electrical plugs in the room. Room chair wa too low and no arms, had to get in and out of for older person like me. Gift Shop closes too early. Hamburger meal was small vs price.

Positives: Shuttle to downtown/Broadway area was reliable and convenient. The service ends a little early. The quality/price ratio for this hotel is outstanding. Close to the Germantown section of Nashville, which has several good restaurants and bars.
Negatives: The rooms are spacious and clean. Some things are aging and could use some updating. Otherwise, I have no complaints. We stayed here before and would consider staying again.

Positives: The location.
Negatives: Everything, theres a big infestation and it smells like mold. The bathrooms looks like they havent been remodeled since the 70s. It was a total shock to be there, the beds look like they bought them from a theft store. The carpet wasnt vacuumed.

Positives: Nothing
Negatives: This hotel has passed its prime. In severe need of updating/ demolishing. $23.50 resort fee for a dirty (closed) pool, a shuttle we didnt need and a breakfast buffet that costs $10. Splintered doors, peeling baseboard ,shower handle fell off. Stay away.

Positives: The location was great,the staff was very helpful
Negatives: The room itself felt very old. There was apparent wster damage to the door, the lamp shade wad cracked and overall the room just needs a heavy update especially for the price.

Positives: The staff is top notch, the shuttle is definitely a perk
Negatives: We have been staying her of and on for 13 years. We have seen a steady decline in decor quality...ie dirty chairs in the lobby that need re-upholstered or even steam cleaned. Broken drawers and furniture in rooms, the restaurant is the same as is the bar.

Positives: The lady that checked my wife in was very helpful and nice
Negatives: The hotel is old and outdated, the room was stuffy and the small bathroom. The phone was old and broken, the floor everywhere was dirty, there was no coffee or cups. I don't know how this is a resort at all.

Negatives: The room I booked said it had a fridge & didn't. I mainly booked because it said there was breakfast & there was indeed no breakfast being served.
