Rooms were dirty, sheets were stained. Light fixture in bathroom was hanging with duct tape. Floors were dirty, hair in the corners of bathroom.

Smoking rooms and the tubs are clean enough for me to get in and take a bath.
Negatives:
Having to go to the office because the room that was assigned to me wasn't available or ready. The first time, I was given a room that was occupied by someone else. On that same trip, my keyboard wouldn't work another day.
This last trip, the original room I was given didn't have a TV, so after calling the office several times with no response, I had to go back downstairs to the office so that they could assign me another room. I told the desk clerk that I called several times. The number I was calling was the correct number, the phone didn't even ring when I called while I stood there speaking with her.
