After booking 2 rooms for multiple nights - we get there to check in and they tell us they overbooked so we have to stay at their sister hotel (NOT in a good location) for 1 night, then checkout at 11, and then check back into their hotel at 4pm the next day for the next night. Both hotels seemed clueless on what to do. They could not get us in either hotel for both nights. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank and stayed at another hotel that did have availability for both nights.

Overbooked the hotel - couldn't...
Positives:
The hotel was right around the corner from everything. Easy to walk to the honky tonks. Catch the trolly for tours and a short ride from the airport. The bed was very comfortable and being so close the Broadway and the bars it was extremely and surprisingly quiet
Negatives:
The lighting was very poor. Even with all the lights on the room was very dark. Definitely need better lighting. The shower was strange not having a shower door. The water from taking a shower went everywhere making the floor a little slippery of your not careful

Staff unfriendly. The room layouts are bizarre and not functional. There's no closet or drawers, only hooks on the wall. No one cleaned my room the entire time I was there. I couldn't check in early or check out late.
