The room was clean, I loved the coffee machine in the hallway although it had a few hiccups like needing the drain emptied. I left my laptop in our room and immediately called them and they packed it up so nicely and shipped it out the very same day for me. I really appreciated the promptness of them doing that!!

Loved the luxury feel and quality of everything in the room. It's amazing how just drinking coffee or water from a real glass can make such a difference.

The shower was gorgeous, but not practical. Poor design allows for water to escape on either side of the glass door, as evidenced by the water damaged bathroom door.
