DO NOT STAY HERE. We checked in, went to the room and were greeted with an absolutely terrible odor. The room felt damp and smelled like funky, cheesy, moist feet. My husband told the front desk staff member that the room smelled and she AGREED that it stank. They showed us numerous rooms, but all suffered for the same stench. We were very polite through this very uncomfortable situation, but this property has refused to refund us despite the fact that we did not stay here and that their rooms were unacceptable.

I was woken up at 11:10pm by a security man and told I had to leave because cigarette smoke had been detected in the room. I had to pack up my belongings immediately as I would be removed from the property. This sounds absurd and I was rather shocked to say the least. The night desk operator showed me their alarm record. I explained that I'm a non smoker and was asleep at the time the detector reported the condition. This did not matter as she was following procedure. She did show some compassion and allowed me stay in a different room but would still be charging me the $200 cleaning fee. The next day, the manager in charge was contacted by phone and still refused to retract the fee. This is insane and I'll be seeking damages via our court system.
