Positives: Construction was too loud, and that info was not given up front. Toliet in room clogged multiple times a day, and they wouldn't leave plunger in the room. Public bathrooms within the hotel were not clean.

Positives: Location and it was quiet for being in the city. The room was nice. The staff was very good.

Negatives: I did not see that the hotel was under construction and fitness center was closed. That was a big disappointment. I went to the main website and that information must have been very small and obscure. That was not good.

Positives: Great hotel, aesthetically pretty, clean, accommodating and close to Broadway.

Negatives: We’ve stayed here many times. However, the price has gone up so much we typically don’t anymore. However, I got a decent price this time. BUT Was not told that the garage was closed down for construction which I’m guessing is why the price is a little lower this time.
