We were promised hot tub and it wasn't working on our stay. The pool was heated which surprised us. When checking in we asked for 2 more big huge bath towels they refused to give them to us saying we just checked in and the room only had two towels.

Everything. The woman working the night we got in kept hanging up on my family members. She needs to be fired. Customer service is not her gif. The guy that changed shifts with her was pleasant though

The staff was very helpful and kind with every interaction. The lobby and breakfast area was very clean and organized.

Our room was not clean. Very little effort was put into cleaning the room before we checked in and was not kept up with during our stay. The toilet was very finicky and only flushed 80% of the time.

Easy to get to from interstate, close to restaurant and gas stations, decent light breakfast, free coffee, lots of cable channels, not far from downtown (I used Uber.).
