Location is sole reason to stay here.
Negatives:
Valet, only parking choice at hotel, was horrible. Took almost two hours to receive car. Front desk staff was rude. Room had broken mirror. No staff wore any kind of uniform, name tag, or ID.

Positives:
I did not like anything about this hotel except leaving.
Negatives:
Hotel room was dark, door was unlocked on entry and would not lock. Was changed to a smaller room and had a group of people barge in. Same key was given to both parties. Did not feel safe. Hotel staff was either high or did not care.

We found a roach in our room. We called and got switched to another room where the air didnt work. So it was hot all night.

The staff! Very accommodating and polite!
Negatives:
No internet service...but, NO PROBLEM! I was on vacation!
