Negatives:
Outdoor entrances to the rooms and Someone played music in their car very loud for a long time. Why the management lets that go on is beyond me. Not a great night of rest. I wont go back there just for that reason.

Nice quiet room even with proximity to the highway. Staff was awesome and room was clean. Even the breakfast was good. A little different every morning. We definitely want to stay again.

I was worried prior to arrival. We were running late due to traffic. But was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The lady at the front office was super friendly, understanding and helpful. The room was amazing! I do recommend getting to the free breakfast early but it was great! I would definitely recommend this establishment!!!
Negatives:
The only complaints that I could come up with is the pillows are very small but you do get 4 per bed. And they need to place more coffee in the room. Neither of which are terrible concerns.

Positives:
The breakfast was amazing, Randy was extremely nice. Stephanie checked us in, very nice and quick. The rooms were clean, minus bugs stuck to the ceiling (room 206). The rooms were sound proof also! Took a little over an hour to Pigeon Forge which was nice.
Negatives:
The elevator was on the opposite side of the building, make it hard to bring things back and forth with little toddlers. We did see a roach outside on the sidewalk by room 104 but none in our room. Multiple people missing the sign for the hotel coming off the exit.
