No breakfast offered. Good location and the people were nice.

The beds were uncomfortable. They never put clean towels in the room. We had to go down stairs and ask for them every day.

Very understaffed. No one was at the front desk when I arrived or when I was leaving. It's obvious that some improvements are being made to property, but it's also obvious that whoever owns/runs this hotel is not really paying a fair wage.

Front staff was very rude when checking in. I was placed in a room right next to the office. The heat did not work for the auto so I woke up to it being 57 degrees in there. All I heard all night long was banging and such. I know the price was decent but sometimes its spending a little extra for more comfort, cleanliness, customer service and amenities.
