The bed was comfortable. The staff was nice.
Negatives:
The room was dirty. There was shredded cheese on a chair in the room. Not just 1 piece it was covered with cheese. Then the air conditioning unit was not working. This was the breaking point for us. When I went to the front desk, I was offered free breakfast for the inconvenience. Not a partial refund. I was not impressed with the offer but was too tired to argue. Needless to say we did not take the free breakfast. We just just left as early as possible the next morning. The 2nd room they gave us was okay but the bed was half ass made and the bathroom only had 1 towel. It was just so disappointing to pay this much for 1 night and it ends up being like this.

By far the QUIETEST hotel I've ever stayed in! No doors slamming, TVs, or even people talking! Great location near restaurants and stores. Very clean, bed and pillows VERY comfortable with fresh-selling, soft sheets. Highly recommended, great price too.
Negatives:
Lobby desk was dark with nobody there when I arrived. (When the front desk agent did arrive he was friendly and efficient.) Clock in room didn't work even when plugged in. Fridge wasn't plugged in (but cooled down quickly when I plugged it in).

We were supposed to have breakfast included and it wasnt. There was supposed to be 15.00 breakfast voucher but the restaurant was closed! There was no compensation for us having to go out and buying breakfast!

The property was nice and in a good location.
Negatives:
The room wasn't cleaned every day. We were there 3 nights. Our room wasn't touched. Apparently they only clean every 4th day. This wasn't a cheap place and I really felt disappointed in they're policy on housekeeping. Covid is over. There's no excuse for housekeeping not to clean daily. When we left our trash cans were overflowing. And I made the bed every day.

The location was great. Shopping and restaurants close by.

There was no laundry facilities. Not just this hotel but most of them now you have to ask for towel and wash cloths every day. If you have 2 people staying for 7 days, they need more than 3 towels and wash cloths. Policy is to change sheets on the fourth day, I had to ask on the fifth day to have ours changed. The beds are to close to the wall. The person that sleeps next to the wall has to crawl up the bed to get in the bed.
