Housekeeping knocked on the door at 9:30a.m..When we didn't answer right away because we were asleep, they opened the door!!! They asked if we would like coffee. It felt very intrusive and like we were being rushed out of the room.

It was a place to rest, but the advertisement of "breakfast included" was ridiculous. They had a sign coffee, juice and Danish, but when we got up in the morning there was no coffee or juice and the danishes were prepackaged Hostess danishes and there was only 4 there. Bathroom light fixture was full of dead bugs, and walls definitely needed repair.

The only good thing about it is that u didn't have to worry about being bothered by any people but good Lord the rats were so bad n the size they were it might as well have been a person they were infested with the rats in the attic

The staff and employees were all extremely rude and disrespectful also they are way over charging everyone since it's in the shape it's in and there was never once any breakfast at all I would never recommend this place to anyone it's just a whole nightmare gone wrong
