Positives: Smelled amazing!!!! Always clean. Truly had a clean smell as soon as you walked through the doors. The best location!!! The best pool area for the kids!!! We loved the splash pad!
Negatives: We loved everything. Hard to come up with something. If I had one thing, it would be that the indoor pool was warmer. That’s all I’ve got!

Positives: The location was superb. Minutes from the island, short drive to parkway drive. Mellow mushroom pizza just a few blocks away. Did have a nice size pool and a small kiddi splash pad. The workout room was by far the nicest room. Breakfast was great.
Negatives: The only staff member that was nice and accommodating was handicap. He was helpful and very polite. The pool never had towels. The AC was super loud and we didn't even temp it down we left it set where it was finally had to temp it up just to get it to be quiet. The refrigerator was frozen soild had to defrost it just to get it to cool water bottles we put inside. The bathroom doesnt have an exhaust fan so it gets all steamed up super fast or at least our room did room 229. Then on checkout I meet the asst general manager which was rude and didn't want to hear anytime we had to say. So I called the general manager and she was super nice, listened, and took care of everything. I have travel to 23 states with my family in the last 4 years and this is the first time I have had trouble.
