When i got there at 2pm all the lights were off in the lobby and there was no one at the desk. I waited for 17min before someone came to the desk and she was not friendly at all. I left her my phone number to let me know when our room would be ready, we went back at 4pm and the man at the desk said our room had been ready that whole time, but did not have my phone number.
Negatives:
The room was very old and dirty. The rooms smelt moldy. The shower didn’t work and leaked. On the website it said the outdoor pool opened on 4/1 but it was not open and it was 84degrees outside. The internet connection was horrible.

Wish beds were still made everyday and fresh towels were replaced more often. I know it sounds boujee but I rarely travel so it’s nice to be pampered while on vacation.
