Beds were hard. Room was dirty. Paid 100$ deposit and the refused to return because the floor and sheets were dirty!! Don’t they mop and wash the sheets between guests? Apparently they refuse deposit a lot. I’m contacting the better business bureau… do not stay here

Upcoming wedding on the 28th. Due to the Pope passing away the Church asked if we could do it a day later. We figured no problem. This location. Won’t help at all. We asked to move a day instead of the 26. Do the 27th. Nope. Won’t do it. They want a 100 dollar deposit. And I quote. “Just in case the room isn’t clean enough when you check out”. I sent an email. No response. It’s sad. Zero Help. So don’t ask. We learned our lesson. Just because it’s cheaper doesn’t mean you will get treated better.

Our stay was great. First time we ever traveled with a pet and things went very well. The room was the perfect size and had all the accommodations we needed. Staff was polite. Would definitely stay here again.
