The location was great. And breakfast at ReaganÃ‚'s was great.
When you walk in the lobby the overpowering smell of perfume or whatever it is will knock you down. The $100 hold thing is pretty crazy. Then they try and sell you some timeshare or vacation crap. Not a fan

Room a/c didn't work and no repair was made. Room smelled like marijuana. Guests were loud and rude. Reserved for 5 days, checked out after one night.
within walking distance to alcatraz, the island, restaurants, close to a lot of things without having to drive in unbearable traffic
they charge $100 on your credit card in case of incidentals.....would like to have had that disclosed upfront..of course that's 100 you have left after vacation..having cc info should have been enough instead of actually being charged & waiting 4 refund
Location.parking,noise level. The staff and guests were all friendly. The buffet breakfast was wonderful.
I was charged $5 to eat breakfast at the restaurant next door there was a $100 damage charge headed to my credit card and I have not received that yet
Nice pool and nice area and staff and the room was very clean and walking distance to stores and activities to do and restaurants.
The maids never bothered you

Its a family friendly place but some parents need to keep their kids from running around the corridors especially at night unsupervised.

The room was shown on the website and was not! The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The tub plunger was broken as was the turn on switch for the floor lamp!

The pool umbrella and pole blew out and almost hit my daughter in the head/body. The carpet blackened our feet so we wore flip flops the whole time, dead fish odor. Water came through the window and door. Asked them to fix the fuzzy tv but they didnÃƒÂ¢Ã¢

It was close to the Smoky Mountains and affordable. The staff was helpful.
Breakfast was advertised as being included with the room but disappointedly included ONLY pancakes at the restaurant next door and nothing else, not even juice. A $100 deposit was required upon check in.
