We really enjoyed the breakfast. Nothing special but everything was tasty and plenty there. Although we were first down to breakfast so maybe limited after more guests go to breakfast

The rooms are extremely dated . So much patch up repairs have been carried out on the rooms and very poorly down. Carpets are very dirty and sticky . Bed sheets were old and didn't seem fresh . Quilt cover is years old .
