Greeter at the front desk kinda rude ! Beds are awful and need to be updated. Construction started by our room for updates at 8 am. Breakfast sucks says breakfast 7 to 10 . No food out by 9 am. Needs updated funturine . Tv no tv guide

The upstairs in the king loft is extremely hot! Beds are so uncomfortable. When I asked the front desk for shampoo, he said they "didn't have any."How does a hotel not have shampoo? Sheets had stains.

Positives:
I loved everything about the location! There is a really nice walking trail that follows the creek right behind the hotel. It is located right in the heart of town, just a few minutes walking distance to the Island. I absolutely loved the jacuzzi that was in my suite! After a long day of walking, it helped relieve the soreness. We didn’t eat breakfast or swim in the pool, which I wish we could have but just didn’t get the chance too. All the pictures I added were just from the parking lot outside of our room.

The locality to the town was good and the brisure was nice.
Negatives:
The parking lot was taken away for painting, The access to the room was not convenient, The room had cinderblock walls that looked like an old army barrack. The tub had brown stains that were terrible. The TV was operated by the worst remote. There were no premium channels. The spa was non existent. The pool was not kept up or maintained at all. The lodge in whole was very run down.

I liked how close it was to so many things.
Negatives:
I rented a room here because they had a pool. The pool was filthy. I highly doubt there was any filtration or circulation of the water going on. But I watched them add more chemicals. So I would not allow my kids to swim.
The elevator looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped in a while and surely wasn't while we were there.
