The location was good.
The jacuzzi tub in the honeymoon suite was great.
Negatives:
The bed wasn't comfortable. It was the most uncomfortable bed I've slept on at a hotel. Anytime I moved, it sounded like it was going to fall apart.
The smart TV had Netflix (of course) but wifi wasn't set up for the TV. I asked the staff about it and they said that it was 'intentional'. There were 50 live channels to choose from.
The second day, the wifi stopped working all together and I could no longer write on my laptop.
Safe to say, my husband and I ended up going home a day early so we could watch Netflix in our comfy bed and I could write in peace.

The location is great. I have stayed several time here. I have always loved it.
Negatives:
For some reason this time they wouldn't take my emotional pet letter from a doctor. They took the paper last time. The lady at the desk was very rude. Plus the floors in my room needed to be replaced because they were there were several pieces that were raised up. I really like this place and never had a problem before. I hope they can fix the problems so that next year I can stay there again.

The location was the best part about the place. The room was fairly quiet from the outside noise. The lady who worked the front desk in the morning was very nice.
Negatives:
Noises from other rooms were bad, you could easily hear your neighbors. You could easily hear your neighbors toilet flush or hear their water running. Could use a remodel, wood floor separating and uneven. Floors could use a good mopping, big build up of dirt and stuff in the corner where the tub meets the wall. Breakfast was small to say the least. Small muffins, small cereal containers, and some oatmeal packets plus coffee.
