Dated overall...needs a complete remodel. Tub was so disgusting and caulk was dirty beyond repaid. Walls had alot of paint chips. Just didn't feel clean or where we wanted to be, only there due to last min. need...will not go back. Staff was curt.

Front desk was Rude. Got a complaint about dog, there was other dog barking that sounded like our dog as well. No complaints there. Soda ice machine and snacks were away from where we stayed either had to walk or drive to get it. Will not stay there aga!

There was no free breakfast that was in the ADD and that one thing we look for we are not big eater in the morning so not having it was disappointed

Cleanliness. Floor was dirty I had to wear shoes to keep my feet clean. Dirty washcloth left in shower from previous renter. Traffic noise was very loud inside the room. There was not enough parking places near our room had to park in the back.

The shower was amazing and the room size was fantastic. Nice location for walking to many popular destinations such as The Island. Beautiful scenic walk by the river as well.

The room lacked real cleaning. The surface stuff was fine.. However, the floor had never been mopped. I mean never. Your socks would stay cleaner walking outside versus inside.

Positives:
The location is great. I have stayed several time here. I have always loved it.
Negatives:
For some reason this time they wouldn't take my emotional pet letter from a doctor. They took the paper last time. The lady at the desk was very rude. Plus the floors in my room needed to be replaced because they were there were several pieces that were raised up. I really like this place and never had a problem before. I hope they can fix the problems so that next year I can stay there again.

Location I guess because it's close to alot of attractions, but being next to one at the same time made having to listen to crowds unfortunate.
Negatives:
The breakfast options were limited, it advertises fireplaces and jacuzzis but didn't have any. No available w/d and couldn't tell me the closest laundromat.
