Negatives: it is noisy and dog friendly.

Negatives: The lack of storage for the rooms. Like no where to put luggage or to put unpacked clothes. This is important to me. I miss the drawers and something to put my luggage on so I don't have to bend over to the floor and lift every time.

Negatives: We had 2 fire alarms go off same morning.. heard 2 different stories one a kid pulled it even a grown up told us she seen the kid do it.. then staff said it was a faulty fire alarm a dryer set it off.. either way I feel we should got money back on room for that day. It scared my dog and my 2 girls to death...also had to wait about 1 hour before going back to rooms cause elevator wasnt working and my mom is handicap couldn't walk up steps to 3rd floor she had a very hard time getting out when the 2 fire alarms went off...Plus no one came to clean our room for 5 days not even remove trash and our room was very small..The pools need to be cleaner also. Hate the 2 hotel's share the outside pool my 2 girls didn't get to use outside pool it was always too crowded. Only use the inside pool 2 times also. It needs to be cleaner. We will not be staying at this tru hotel again.

Negatives: Very clean

Negatives: Small room. Bad view if you’re on the back side of the hotel.

Negatives: If not a Hilton member wanted you to pay for Wi-Fi, smaller rooms, need more than one ice machine.

Negatives: We didn't have a microwave or coffee in the room. The refrigerator was very thin and small. Could barely hold anything. The swimming pool was very small with mushroom and buckets for the little kids. No room for adults. The ice machine was on the first floor only. Microwave was in the play area. The queen beds were very thin and uncomfortable. The linens and pillows were poor. The price was very high for what you get. Which was nothing. Would not let me cancel without penalty even though we were unhappy. We will never stay here again.

Negatives: The room was small, and there was nowhere to unpack.
