Hotel was dirty-needs a complete makeover. Lounge/eating area was filthy-mud on furniture/carpet had ground in food- yes, food ground in the floor. All furniture looked old, stained, tired and dirty.
Negatives:
Overall - dirty impression, neglected on maintenance throughout the entire facility. The room -poor lighting at best - bed was very uncomfortable -linens were suspect, damp and very old.

The location was good, safe. The pool was nice. Breakfast was alright, eggs, sausage links, waffles, cereal, toast, bagel, muffins, milk, orange juice.
Negatives:
The only bad thing about the hotel was the bed. I ok with firm beds, but these were hard as rocks. Pillows were flat. Top cover to light keep falling off bed.
