The pool and location to the venue we were attending.
Negatives:
The door to the room you had to push down hard on the handle and shoulder check the door to open it. When we got in the room the heat was turned off and it was freezing on the room, we could see our breath. Breakfast was ok but the juice machine was broken, so the only option was coffee or milk. Not even water was available. All three of the ice machines on property were not working. the sheets on the beds had stains on them.

In our first room, the toilet did not flush and the front desk was able to move us to a different room. The beds were clean.
Negatives:
The room was not very clean and had a bad smell. We ended up getting disinfectant wipes, air freshener, carpet freshener and cleaned the whole room. After moving to a different room because the toilet didn't work the second room the toilet constantly clogged so we had to use the plunger every time we used it. Luckily we only stayed two nights.
