No security - none of the exterior doors around the property were locked at night. They’re not really pet friendly. When I asked for an itemized bill at the end of my stay I couldn’t have one.

the 4pm CHECK IN time is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! Families have NO WHERE to go .... to not be allowed in the rooms until 4pm!!! Paying hundreds of dollars for a room that you are not getting for a FULL 24 hours .... or AT LEAST 22 hours... is just TERRIBLE!!
