The receptionist was great and it was fairly clean - appeared to have had recent upgrades.
Negatives:
The facilities were adequate but the door had a big gap & light came thru.I verified ahead of time that our room was inside for security purposes.When we arrived we were told they did not have any inside rooms. That was upsetting to me-did not feel safe.

Poor motel compare to other Best Western. Dirty, entry door not adjusted right, terrible soundproof. Sheets smell.

The receptionist was extremely RUDE. Telling me a couple of times that if I had a pet I better tell her now. Which I didnt. I booked a king bed but got 2 doubles. Completely Rude and opposite from my first stay but wont be going back . No normal TV

Very convenient! I was traveling alone and was nervous they put me in a room pretty close to the office so I felt safer. And check out wasnt until noon so I didnt feel rushed to get out. I really enjoyed my stay here and it was very clean

The beds were very comfy. Location was pretty quiet.
Negatives:
Personally didn't like being placed in the rooms that were faced out towards the parking lot. Rooms needed a big of renovation. Water pressure was terrible and very weak.
