Positives: The staff was nice. If I needed anything they were available to answer my questions.

Negatives: I was disappointed that the breakfast was limited for me because all of the hot food was prepared on the same grill/oven as the pork meats. There was no other alternatives to the pork meat. Also the hallways smelled stale and needed to be freshened up. In addition, I was in room 322 and There were a couple of water stains on the ceiling and there was black mold in the left corner of the ceiling. Lastly, the water kept dripping from the tub constantly even with the tub being turned off.

Positives: Comfortable beds, good water pressure. Breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly and professional!

Negatives: We had a major problem in our room. The front supervisor did her job to take care of us and the problem. She was clearly ignored by maintenance, and it was not ok for them to do her that way. If I had not been an understanding guest, maintenance would have put her in an unfair position. Shame on them for doing her that way!!!
