When we arrived they "Didn't have our reservation" so they charge me again but the refund me when I call booking the next day. They said booking never send them the details about the reservation and booking said they did so I don't know.

Perfect price and location to access Nashville reasonably. This was my second time staying there. Staff was nice and it was also in a safe area.
Negatives:
Not that I didn't like it, but it's more of an overnight stop off rather than a final destination.
