The breakfast and location were great.

Yes the cleanliness of the room was not great. The pull out couch was disgusting. The sheets were clearly not changed. The sheets were wet. The mattress was brown. My son had to sleep on top of the sofas w a blanket on top of the sofa.

The room was not clean, when we asked for someone to clean it or to switch to another room, the man at the front desk told us we could leave. Horrible customer service. Would have expected much better for the price.

It¿s loud. Slamming doors all night long.

Weird sound from roof. Scratching noises in the night. Fridge wasn¿t on or cold. Heater made a ton of noise and had a laminated sign saying sorry this wall thermostat doesn¿t work. Had to get my space heater I happened to have. A big closet in the way.
