The hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My bed was very comfortable and clean.
Negatives:
There is a jacuzzi that is filled and warm but doesn't have jets. I specifically looked at pictures and saw that there was a hot tub and chose it because of that. I'm assuming that they weren't planning on fixing it because there isn't even a button.

Unannounced pet fee upon arrival. Site said fee may apply. Fee was $75 which almost doubled my booked price. I was also locked in and would have to pay the full amount if I canceled. This is a shady business tactic and if the fees are so high compared to other similar hotels it needs to be disclosed ahead of time to allow for an informed decision. Additionally I can only assume that the walls are made of rice paper. I could hear the full conversations of patrons from reception to every room and hallway as if they were in my room.
