Negatives: Roll in shower does not have a way to keep water from leaking out. Maybe an additional floor drain on the outside of the shower would help. La Quinta in Lakeway TX had a better design. Also, the disposable filter basket for the coffee maker was not very functional. I had to hold it while the coffee brewed. The lighting needs improvement. We could not open the window shade on the ground floor for extra light. The room was very dark. Hu

Positives: The guest service was great, we stayed for our son's graduation on Saturday. When we arrived, we had plenty of towels but no soap. Wanted popcorn and took about 4 minutes to pop it because the microwave was slow moving lol, and the plate wasn't even for that microwave. The mini fridge in the room kept our drinks warm-ish, and the TV worked, but the sound was horrible. Had guest service come to the room and fix the issue to put this long story short because that wasn't the only problem with the TV. We have stayed at a few different La Quinta Inn's and have to say that this was expected because they all were just about the same as far as the stays. Again, the guest service was great, but we will no longer stay at any La Quinta Inn. I know it seems petty but we most definitely didn't get what we paid for
