Negatives:
They kept insisting to leave my bank card information with them in reception and they refused to take cash and they insisted to leave the card information. I got deducted 550 USD same day I checked out while I’m traveling back home to Dubai. My card information got leaked. It’s the only place I left my bank information all my stay in US. When I called them they said perhaps I should call my bank as we have nothing to do with it.
They don’t care about safety and security of their guests as much they care about their own job. Even if you give them an options of cash, they refuse it.

It was good but they...
Negatives:
I made a reservation for a two-night stay from March 21 to March 23 via Booking.com for my boss and I paid through booking.com, but the hotel charged my boss’s credit card again with the information she provided at check-in. When we contacted the hotel, they denied responsibility, stating that we should contact Booking.com for confirmation, despite providing the "Payment successful" email from Booking.com and debit notes for both charges. They are the ones who should deal with Booking.com to resolve this for us, but they are denying responsibility, and now we still haven't received that money back. Anyone booking this hotel should be cautious.

The hotel staff was so incredibly kind and helpful, every staff member I came in contact with was very friendly.

There was a parking lot light practically in my balcony window. Even with the blackout drapes there was light radiating through. The sheets were probably the scratchiest surface I've ever felt. The hotel is old with new finishes, kind of had a creepy feeling with very low ceilings, and very narrow halls. The room was tiny. Pictures online were very deceiving. The salad I ordered from the lobby Bistro was good but only had half the ingredients correct. The chicken was white..looked like boiled chicken...very unappetizing.
