Positives:
The complimentary food for breakfast and evening and the location.
Negatives:
Everything was run down and/or did not work. Had to switch rooms because the refrigerator was leaking, the tv in the bedroom didnt work, the ceiling fan didnt work and it wasnt cleaned properly. The second room had lights and an ac that didnt work.
Positives:
What I enjoyed the most was the space available. With a family of five it can be hard to find accommodations that are comfortable without spending too much.

It would have been nice to have Queen beds instead of just full and it was a little bit outdated but still a nice spot to stay.

By far the absolute worst Hilton property I have ever stayed at Parking not safe. Outdated. Interiors hallways walls are torn up. Bathroom shower door broken and won't open. Dirt coming out of the air ducts. Rotten fruit offerd at the breakfast buffet.

The hotel was near several restaurants and things to do. I need assistance from the staff in regards to amenities and they were very quick and helpful. Room was clean.

Kim at the front desk had a bad attitude regard a billing error I inquired about from the day before during check in.

Close to everything we needed. Sunday morning the breakfast was fantasic. The pool was clean but the lights were scheduled to come on way after dark. Desk clerk did not know how to change them.

Monday and Tuesday morning the breakfast offered was a mess. Knowing how many people were staying at the hotel he should have known what to expect. Ran out of waffle mix, bread, muffins, biscuits and juice. Pool lights needed to come on sooner.

Lobby staff were very nice. Breakfast was good. Parking was never an issue. Noise level was low. Navigating the grounds was easy. Navigating around the general area was good too. Lots of restaurants nearby and event venues.
Negatives:
Our room was never made up, even when we specifically asked on after our second night. Housekeeping only showed up in the AM of the day we were checking OUT. The bathroom layout was weird; no door to the sink area, hard to maneuver with the door into the toilet and shower area. The refrigerator door opened the wrong way, so it was difficult to access.. I'm not sure who planned that. If you sit at the dining table, then you are blocking the door to the room and can get hit with the door if someone comes in. Could hear some creaking and conversation from guests above us.

Positives:
Everyone we mar with the staff were very friendly and they were able to answer all and every question we had. Also they have a very good breakfast selection and unlike most motels once its gone its gone but they are constantly bringing out more. Its also in a good location close to several restaurants and places.
Negatives:
The rooms on the other hand are horrible! The showers nor air works. And theres roaches. This motel looks as if it needs some major updates but you can clearly see where they are just patching it up. It didnt smell clean at all. Aside from the shower and air not working and the roaches, we only had 2 facial towels for a suite for the weekend and 2 big towels. Place has a lot of potential with some updates!

Breakfast and great location with restaurants, shopping all in walking distance. Addison, TX is a beautiful city
Negatives:
The room carpet was dirty and smelly. I had to open up all the windows in the hotel and purchase lemon scent candles because of the horrible smell. Everyone woke up with sneezing and coughing because of the allergies and possible mold in the room. Notice water damage spots that were covered by paint. The microwave went out and could not be replaced. There were not enough pillows or bedding. Location inadequately staffed, no room service, we had to unstop the clogged toilet on our own, empty the trash & etc.
