Positives:
The rooms are being remodeled. The room is clean for the most part. There weren't any smoking rooms. So I purchased a non-smoking. There are a lot of families living at this hotel. Also, a lot of homeless people. The hotel is quiet and no one bothers you except for an occasional light or smoke. There maybe a person come through with loud music.The staff came by daily to exchange towels and empty trash. The room is very spacious.
Negatives:
There was an odor coming from the room nextdoor. The tub did not drain completely when showering. There was a dirt film left in the tub. I think it's from dirt from the drain and not my soaking feet in the standing water.

The staff was not cordial or accommodating at all. They charge more than the surrounding hotels that were Within walking distance but yet accommodations were worse than all the hotels in the surrounding area.
